The team provided a terrific service and the room was nicely decorated and brand-new with coffee facilities as well as excellent water pressure.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the staff were fantastic, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a very good area with convenient access to central Cologne. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and high quality toiletries provided.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel location was convenient for us, being close to a market place and variety of restaurants. It was also in good reach of the main train station. The room was compact but clean, with a big comfortable bed and a nice view of a small pond nearby. The bathroom had good water pressure in the shower. The hotel had modern amenities, including Wi-Fi and a bar open to guests. The breakfast was varied and delicious and there were plenty of vegan options to choose from.

The hotel staff's attitudes left something to be desired.
